On June 14th, MCM Cabazon hosted a special pre-launch event featuring a collaboration with artist Shannon Louis. Guests experienced an exclusive meet & greet and previewed limited-edition MCM pieces featuring Shannon’s original artwork. The collection was available only at MCM Cabazon, making this a one-day-only fusion of fashion and art.
Established artist meet & greet and pre-launch showcase
On Saturday, June 14th, MCM Cabazon hosted an exclusive in-store event to preview an upcoming collaboration with established artist Shannon Louis. Guests were invited to a special meet & greet and given an early look at "The Web of Life," a forthcoming capsule of hand-drawn MCM pieces created by Shannon himself.
This unique collaboration merges MCM’s iconic design with Shannon’s raw, expressive art style. Each piece in "The Web of Life" will be individually illustrated by the artist, making every bag a one-of-a-kind work of art. While the collection has not yet been released, the event offered an intimate preview of the concept and creative process behind the collaboration.
As an added experience, guests who spent $1,500 or more during the event, received an original mini painting by Shannon Louis — a personal and collectible gift from the artist to commemorate the occasion.
